The activities are classified in the field of active tourism and adventure sports, there is a potential risk derived from their own nature. The client must assume the existence of this risk. The guides and technicians have the preparation and experience appropriate to the activity they develop. Following your instructions and guidelines depends, to a large extent, on safety during the activity.
- To participate in aquatic activities it is essential to know how to swim. Minors must have authorization or be accompanied by a responsible person.
- Participants have the obligation to report possible pregnancy, paraplegia, cardiovascular diseases, allergies or any condition that may affect their ability to react during the activity. They also agree not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs and / or narcotics.
- The company may carry out a preliminary test and reserves the right of admission to all organized activities.
- Any decision taken by the guide during the development of the activity, in relation to its safety, will have to be respected by the client, otherwise, the guide may cancel the activity, without right to refund of the amount paid.
- Kayak Javea reserves the right to modify the program of activities, in whole or in part, if it is due to causes beyond its control (weather, adverse conditions), customers not having more right than the refund of the amount paid.

- The participant must be clear, that in the event of an accident and the reason for the same has been the transgression of the rules and instructions of the monitor-guide, the organizing company will not be responsible for the damage that the participant may have caused , in private property, as well as to third parties or to himself.
- To reserve the activity, you have to pay the total amount by transfer to the Iban account: ES06 0182 3216 6102 0155 2151, by Bizum at Tlf 679 75 37 61 indicating the name and date of the activity or requesting a card payment link. Remember that before paying your reservation you must contact us by whattsapp to check availability and you will have a period of 24 hours to pay the amount of the reservation, after this period, the pre-reservation will be considered canceled.
- In case of not presenting to the activity or in case of suspending the activity once started, for reasons of security or meteorological impossibility, the amount paid can not be demanded and the amount will be paid in full.
- The photos that the company makes during the activity are property of the company, being able to make use of them without identification of the people. These photos are free for the client and will be delivered at the request of the client within a maximum period of 15 days.
- The participant must be clear, that in the event of an accident and the reason for the same has been the transgression of the rules and instructions of the monitor-guide, the organizing company will not be responsible for the damage that the participant may have caused , in private property, as well as to third parties or to himself.
